Our payment providers are PayPal and Square. Any credit card or details are taken securely on PayPal or Square's server. We will not directly take or store your credit or debit card details on our site.

TERMS & CONDITIONS and DELIVERY

All items will be dispatched within three working days unless otherwise specified. All items are sent suitably packaged and will be posted via Royal Mail within the Mainland UK.

Means of International shipping may vary depending on location. The shipping price quoted on our website is for domestic shipping only. Please message us before purchasing to obtain a shipping quote if you live outside the Mainland UK.

Deliveries should not be accepted if they arrive in a damaged condition.

RETURNS

Please read descriptions fully before purchase. We make every effort to correctly describe and photograph items, however, due to variations in colour monitor settings, colour and lighting may vary slightly. If you are unhappy with your purchase, items may be returned within 14 days of receipt of your order. In order to arrange a return please contact us via our website contact page, or directly at : DarkWillowArt@hotmail.com , a full refund will be given as long as the item is undamaged and returned in the original packaging. Return postage must be paid for by the customer.
